Platform Status

Stay informed about the health of the Enrollware Platform and services. Below is the current status of our platform, updated in real-time to keep you in the loop.

Updates

September 10th - 3:00 AM EDT: Platform is fully operational. 

September 9th - 8:00 AM EDT:  To resolve this and improve long-term stability, we’ll be migrating the Enrollware application to a new server during scheduled maintenance tonight from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM EDT.

September 8th - 3:30 PM EDT:  Enrollware will be offline for maintenance for approximately 15 minutes at 4:00 pm EDT today as part of our efforts to address performance issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide updates on this issue

September 8th - 10:30 AM EDT:  Enrollware Performance Update & Scheduled Maintenance

September 8th - 10:00 AM EDT: We are currently experiencing system lag time and sporadic runtime errors.  Our Dev Team is actively investigating.  After the issues have been resolved and reports have been evaluated, we will notify Admins of the results. Thank you for your patience.
